How to start a return

1. Email hello@homehubstore.life with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the address.
3. Ship the item back. Once received, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a free replacement — no need to return the original.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-returnable items

Used items showing significant wear, items returned after 30 days, and gift cards cannot be refunded.
