Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery

• Standard delivery: Free tracked shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
• Remote areas: Free tracked shipping. Estimated delivery: 10–18 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking

Every order includes end-to-end tracking. If you don't see an update for more than 7 days, email us at hello@homehubstore.life and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
