Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States only
HomeHub currently ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, the UK, Australia, or any other international destination at this time. Orders placed with non-US shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery
- Continental US (lower 48): Free tracked shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii & US territories: Free tracked shipping. Estimated delivery: 10–18 business days.
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses: Free tracked shipping. Delivery times vary by destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Tracking
Every order includes end-to-end tracking. If you don't see an update for more than 7 days, email us at hello@homehubstore.life and we'll investigate immediately.
International orders
We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you're located internationally and would like to be notified when we expand, email hello@homehubstore.life and we'll add you to our waitlist.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
